    What is the difference:

Apart from the difference in colors, the Bal Aadhar card is very different from the normal Aadhar card. The Bal Aadhar card is specially designed for toddlers. The children who are the applicant of the card are still growing and developing, therefore the biometric system is not available for them.

The kids below the age of 5 do not need to verify with a biometric system that is part of the adult proceeds. This simply means the ball Aadhar card does not require an iris scan and fingerprint verification.
